Bluehost Web Service Hosting Experience

There are many website hosting services available. I consider myself fortunate for getting started with Bluehost. Many sites I publish is hosted with Bluehost. I also use HostGator for other sites.

This is an account of my personal experience with Bluehost ( Bluehost vs namecheap ).

When I started building websites, I had no idea what i used to be doing. I just wrote and wrote and wrote. As time went on, I discovered techniques for improving my SEO, conversion, and website design.

I remember distinctly having two websites with about 50 to 60 pages of content I spent months writing. Then i made a decision I wanted a special name for one among my sites. My problem was I had no idea the way to migrate an internet site to a replacement domain.

I had nowhere to travel except my web host service which was and is Bluehost. I called them up, was on hold for 10 seconds approximately , and was politely introduced to a technical support representative. I explained my situation. He responded with a “no problem” and asked if I had about 20 minutes to require care of the operation. I had all the time within the world if he could help.

At the time I called this hosting service for help with my domain names registered with them, i used to be trying to find a hosting company to open an account to host my websites. I read a blog post by a blogger who appeared to know his stuff. I called their sales division and wasn’t on hold longer than a couple of seconds. I asked some questions; they answered my questions politely. I signed up with Bluehost that day.

Since then, I’ve called Bluehost repeatedly for help. If they’re ready to help, they roll up their sleeves, probe my account, and help . I also use their live chat support often, which frequently quickly resolves minor issues or questions I even have . At the top of the day, their customers support features a “can-do” attitude and that they are sufficiently staffed to supply prompt service and support.
